High-Reliability Hydrogen Storage, Transportation & Dispensing System
The hydrogen system is designed with a total storage capacity of 15 cubic meters (high-pressure hydrogen storage vessel banks) and is equipped with two 500 kg/day liquid-driven compressors, enabling a stable and continuous daily hydrogen supply capacity of 1000 kg. The installation of two dual-nozzle, dual-metering hydrogen dispensers allows for the simultaneous rapid refueling of 4 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The single-nozzle refueling rate meets mainstream international standards, capable of fulfilling the daily hydrogen demand for at least 50, 8.5-meter buses.

Internationally Advanced Process & High-Safety Design
The entire hydrogen system adopts processes and equipment selection compliant with international standards such as ISO 19880 and ASME, incorporating a multi-layered safety protection system:
- Storage & Transportation Safety: Storage banks are equipped with redundant safety valves and real-time pressure monitoring; piping systems use high-pressure hydrogen-grade stainless steel and undergo 100% non-destructive testing.
- Refueling Safety: Dispensers integrate hose breakaway valves, overpressure protection, emergency stop buttons, and are configured with infrared leak detection and automatic purging devices.
- Zonal Safety: The hydrogen area and the refueling area are physically separated in compliance with safe distance requirements, each equipped with independent combustible gas detection and fire-fighting linkage systems.

Intelligent Operation & Energy Efficiency Management Platform
The station deploys HOUPU's independently developed Smart Management Platform for Energy Stations, enabling centralized monitoring and data integration of both the petrol and hydrogen systems. The platform features functions such as dynamic hydrogen inventory forecasting, refueling dispatch optimization, equipment health diagnostics, and remote expert support. It also supports data interconnection with provincial-level hydrogen regulatory platforms, facilitating full lifecycle safety and energy efficiency management.

Compact Layout & Rapid Construction Delivery
As an EPC turnkey project, HOUPU managed the entire process from design and procurement to construction and commissioning. Innovative modular design and parallel construction techniques were employed, significantly shortening the project timeline. The station layout optimally balances operational efficiency and safety regulations, ensuring efficient use of land resources. It provides a replicable engineering model for expanding hydrogen refueling capabilities at existing urban petrol stations.
