The industrial cryogenic storage tank is composed of inner container, shell, support, process piping system, thermal insulation material and other components.
The storage tank is a double-layer structure, the inner container is suspended inside the outer shell by means of a supporting device, and the interlayer space formed between the outer shell and the inner container is evacuated and filled with perlite for insulation (or high vacuum multi-layer insulation).
Insulation method: high vacuum multi-layer insulation, vacuum powder insulation.
● Main medium: liquid oxygen (LO2), liquid nitrogen (LN2 ), liquid argon (LAr2), liquefied ethylene (LC2H4), etc.
● The storage tank is designed with separate pipeline systems such as liquid filling, liquid venting, safe venting, liquid level observation, gas phase, etc., and is equipped with a self-pressurization system and a priority gas system, which can automatically replenish the pressure when the pressure is low. And when the pressure is high, it can automatically start the priority air system to relieve pressure and use air.
● The storage tank is mainly vertical, and the pipelines are integrated at the lower head, which is convenient for unloading, liquid venting, liquid level observation, etc.
● There are intelligent solutions that can monitor temperature, pressure, liquid level and vacuum in real time.
● Wide range of applications, storage tanks, pipeline diameter, piping orientation, etc. can be customized according to user needs.
