Hydrogen compressors are mainly used in HRS. They boost low-pressure hydrogen to a certain pressure level for hydrogen storage containers on site or for direct filling into vehicle gas cylinders, according to customers’ hydrogen refueling needs.
·Long sealing life: The cylinder piston adopts a floating design and the cylinder liner is processed with a special process, which can effectively increase the service life of the cylinder piston seal under oil-free conditions;
· Low failure rate: The hydraulic system uses a quantitative pump + reversing valve + frequency converter, which has simple control and low failure rate;
· Easy maintenance: simple structure, few parts, and convenient maintenance. A set of cylinder pistons can be replaced within 30 minutes;
· High volumetric efficiency: The cylinder liner adopts a thin-walled cooling structure design, which is more conducive to heat conduction, effectively cools the cylinder, and improves the volumetric efficiency of the compressor.
· High inspection standards: Each product is tested with helium for pressure, temperature, displacement, leakage and other performance before delivery
· Fault prediction and health management: The cylinder piston seal and the oil cylinder piston rod seal are equipped with leakage detection devices, which can monitor the seal leakage status in real time and prepare for replacement in advance .
