On June 18, Houpu Technology Day, the 2021 Houpu Technology Conference and Technology Forum was grandly held at the Western Headquarters Base.

At the meeting, Houpu also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tianjin University and TÜV (China), and reached in-depth cooperation on multiphase flow detection technology research and product testing and certification in oil and gas fields respectively.
At the forum, a number of experts and professors from the Materials Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics, the No. 101 Institute of the Sixth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Sichuan University, Tianjin University, China Classification Society, and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China gave keynote speeches. They respectively covered the research progress of PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production technology, interpretation of three national standards for liquid hydrogen, solid-state hydrogen storage technology and its application prospects, the role and method of gas-liquid two-phase flow measurement at natural gas wellheads, clean energy helping shipping carbon peaks, The research results were shared on six topics, including the development of artificial intelligence and its application, and the difficulties in the research and application of equipment in the fields of hydrogen energy, natural gas vehicles/marines, and the Internet of Things were discussed in depth, and advanced solutions were proposed.
