The LNG storage tank is composed of inner container, outer shell, support, process piping system, thermal insulation material and other components.
The storage tank is a double-layer structure, the inner container is suspended inside the outer shell by means of a supporting device, and the interlayer space formed between the outer shell and the inner container is evacuated and filled with perlite for insulation (or high vacuum multi-layer insulation).
Insulation method: high vacuum multi-layer insulation, vacuum powder insulation.
● The storage tank is designed with separate pipeline systems for liquid filling, liquid venting, safe venting, liquid level observation, gas phase, etc., which are easy to operate and can realize functions such as liquid filling and venting, safe venting, liquid level pressure observation, etc.
● There are two types of storage tanks: vertical and horizontal. The vertical pipelines are integrated at the lower head, and the horizontal pipelines are integrated at one side of the head, which is convenient for unloading, liquid venting, liquid level observation, etc.
● There are intelligent solutions, which can monitor temperature, pressure, liquid level and vacuum degree in real time.
● Wide range of applications, storage tanks, pipeline diameter, piping orientation, etc. can be customized according to user needs.
